The project foresees the requalification of a storage warehouse and workshop into an open learning centre and executive offices by creating a new access to the offices, meeting rooms and conference halls. Therefore, an architectural and plant adaptation is proposed as well as a new distribution of the various functions in the spaces to obtain the highest functionality with reference to the new use of the building.
